Rod McFain is the author of Hard Goodbyes, Crossing the Crazy Woman, Pursuit, The Magnificent Maggie, and She’s Got It. Rod is a member of the Historical Writers of America and Western Writers of America. He and his Ali MacGraw look-alike wife, Linda, live in a beautiful mountain valley in Idaho with three fine horses and a Jack Russell terrier.

When writing historical fiction the writer gets to delve into the influences that shape the artistic and philosophical underpinnings of our world.
